60-day money-back guarantee

The Period Therapy Brief comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, and worn briefs are covered. Use it through up to 2 full periods. If it doesn't help your period pain, email hey@odelise.com within 60 days of delivery with your order number, and we'll refund the full product price to your original payment method. One guarantee claim per customer.

Returns
To start a return, you can contact us at hey@odelise.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Items returned to an intermediary shipping facility are not eligible for a refund, only items sent back to one of our warehouses.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Order cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within the first 1 hour they've been placed. After an hour, our team will have already registered your order in our system and in our carrier's system.
